Lost Highway Brewing Company is an award-winning brewery, which recently relocated to southeast Centennial from downtown Denver. We’re family-owned, complete with our own Belgian Beer Knight, and specialize in brewing beers inspired by asking “what if?”

Our Golden Ghost Belgian Blonde is the 2016 World Beer Cup Bronze winner. Our location houses a taproom, brewery and production facility. In addition to the taproom, you’ll find our beers pouring at many craft beer establishments and on shelves at several local liquor stores.

We are family committed to bringing the community together through our love of craft beer.

Meet Our Beer Knight

James Pachorek

James, one of the owners of Lost Highway, is also our resident Beer Knight. In 2011, he joined the ranks of the Honorary Members of the Knighthood of the Brewers' Mash Staff. The Belgian Brewers' Guild bestows the honorary title on retailers, restaurateurs and importers who do missionary work for Belgium's breweries, most of which are far too small to compete on their own.

He was recognized for the efforts he and his wife exerted to bring the hard to get Belgian beers to Colorado. Their efforts helped pave the way for local restaurants to have the opportunity to offer these imports.

Meet Our Head Brewer

Brian Connery

Originally from Philadelphia, Brian started his professional brewing career over 20 years ago as Assistant Brewer at IL Vicino Brewing Company in Colorado Springs under the guidance of Head Brewer Brady McKeowen and Head of Brewing Operations Tom Henesy. He moved to Las Vegas in 2003 joining Chicago Brewing Company as Production Brewer.

After moving back home to Philadelphia in 2006, he was offered a brewing position at Dogfish Head Craft Brewery working under Brewmaster Andy Tveekrem and Head Brewer Bryan Seldars. It was there he developed his interest and zeal for brewing Belgian style ales.

In 2010 he returned to Colorado brewing for both New Belgium Brewing Company and Boulder Beer Company respectively. In 2012 he was asked to serve as a Brewing Consultant for Dad & Dude's Breweria which transformed into the Head of Brewing Operations position.

He joined Lost Highway Brewing Company in February 2017 as Head Brewer and will lead the brewery's canning program, introduce a Saison program as well as add new, traditional yet unique beers to our line-up.
